For those of you who know our website or have rented our houses you will probably be surprised to see 2 houses missing in the "Houses" section.

The exciting news is we are now renovating La Bergerie - you may recognise it as the Bergerie Garden - it was the barn where you walked through to get to that garden and it was once where sheep were held as well as a horse or two.

The sad news due to sentimental value is we have sold 9 Rue du Maquis and 4 Rue de Minerve - these were the first and second houses we bought in Trausse.

We decided it was time to "consolidate" or downsize our business due to changing trends but mainly due to the many taxes in France and the maintenance etc of so many properties.

At this stage there are no photos of "La Bergerie" to show you due to being renovated - it is to be ready for rent mid August & we will have photos nearer that time. This house will have 3 bedrooms with a mezzanine fourth, two bathrooms (1 with a lovely deep antique claw leg bath) & a toilet in each bathroom - they will all be on the first floor and there will be a toilet on the ground floor. There will also be a lounge/dining area and of course a kitchen (ideal for those who like to try their culinary skills) both of these rooms will have French doors leading to the garden. All will be renovated to our high standards with touches from each of our houses including the Catalan colours - again keeping the unique charm of the old mixed with the new.
